Dale and his family live in a 90 year old bungalow in the
heart of historic St. Augustine, the oldest continually occupied
European settlement in the U.S. Because of its history and
old world charm, the city is visited by millions of tourists
annually. It is under constant threat of over-development and
losing it sense of community, as well as losing its precious
historic resources.
